Shipping & Returns
Wall Clock Returns & Exchanges
Should your BARA timepiece not perfectly resonate with your interior vision, we facilitate returns within a 14-day window from the date of receipt. To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must remain in their pristine, unused condition, accompanied by all original certificates and protective casing.
Please note that bespoke commissions and personalized engravings are crafted exclusively for the client and are therefore considered final sale, ineligible for return or exchange.
